Imagine a bowl.
The bowl is full of things (thoughts). Ever-changing things (thoughts).
In order to see the empty mind sit, become one with koan.

Doen spoke of the deepest teaching of the one mind. The ungraspable one mind that is without contents or edges; a mind that contains everything one knows and everything one does not know.

You are the one mind, unborn and undying; unknowable and ungraspable.
This is the source of the end of suffering. The realized one (Buddha).
